Victoria Glass

Bio:

Victoria Glass was born in New York, raised in New Jersey and has been living in Prineville, Oregon for the past 19 years.

She has over 30 years experience painting on Plexiglas, using Reverse Imaging and on White Plexiglas. Her process is unique and her original artwork is one of a kind.
It is a coincidence but her last name is really Glass, thanks to her husband.

Her work centers on color, light and transparency, transforming realistic images of nature and people into abstract forms and shapes that convey a personal connection.

Initially inspired by stained glass windows has challenged Victoria to emulate that same mystical art form on Plexiglas.

She has earned a BFA, an AAS and has completed the Mastery Art Program at Professional Artists Institute but feels exploring and experimenting with different mediums is her best Teacher.

She has presented in galleries and sold to private and public collectors throughout the US.

She currently exhibits at the Prineville Athletic Club and the Crook County Library and is proud to exhibit, volunteer and be a member of the Dry Canyon Art Center.

Victoria also donates her paintings to non-profit organizations and Cancer patients.
