Born and raised in Redmond, Oregon, I am proud to call Central Oregon home. After spending
10 years in Medford, my husband, our three daughters, and I made the decision to return to the
community that has always held my heart. Shortly after our move back, I was presented with an
opportunity to join our family business, The Garner Group—an experience that has shaped my
career ever since. Over the years, I have taken on a variety of roles, gaining a deep understanding of the business and the real estate industry.

In 2017, I partnered with my sister, Shelley Griffin, and my cousin, Sara Lafaver, to purchase
Harcourts The Garner Group. Today, I proudly serve as Office Manager for our three locations.
It was a big decision, but one I have never regretted, and I am grateful to work in a field I am
truly passionate about—real estate.

Community involvement is very important to me. I have been a dedicated member of 100+
Women Who Care Central Oregon since its inception in 2014 and am a strong advocate for
children and causes close to my heart. In 2023, I joined the Redmond Historical Society and the
Enjoy Downtown Redmond Association and collaborated with the Jake & Josh Eckstein
Memorial Trade Scholarship Fund to help raise money and awareness for the growing need for
skilled trades workers in Central Oregon. Most recently, I joined the Redmond chapter of
Kiwanis and now I look forward to my new adventure with The Dry Canyon Arts Association.

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, my pets and creating a home that
serves as a haven of comfort and relaxation.
