Spring Art Show 2026

Dry Canyon Arts Association

ELIGIBILITY: Oregon Producers of Original Fine Arts and Handcrafts


COST: Current DCAA members: $125 per 10’x 10’-ish space; Non-members: $175
(and then, automatically become members of DCAA) This year there will be a total of four, “½ -booths” (5’X10’) = current DCAA members = $75/ non-members = $125 (and then, automatically become members of DCAA)


COMMISSION: No commission will be charged by DCAA.


SPACE: Artisans set up and “decorate” their own space. There will be volunteers
available to help with unloading vehicles, but please plan accordingly to
be responsible for your own displays. Each booth will have access to electricity.


PROMOTION: DCAA will promote this event in all the usual outlets. Each artist is
encouraged to utilize their own social media channels to promote this event.


DISCOUNTED or SALES on goods: We do not allow any signs saying "Sale" or “Discount" or other words that convey an additional reduction in price on products in the display. Additional price cuts are not encouraged in respect for other artisans not able to offer price cuts and for the perception that the product is being degraded. However, verbal bartering or negotiating is allowed between artisan and customer.


SALES: Each artist is responsible for handling his/her own sales: Cash/VENMO/Square/Cash App . . . it is up to the artist . . . please know that the WiFi at RHS is available but has some limitations because of student-use-firewalls; please plan accordingly using your own “hot-spot” if necessary 

 

SECURITY: Each Artisan-space needs to be supervised during show hours; by the artist or designated human. DCAA is not responsible for injury, damage, loss or theft of your
property; artisans should have their own insurance.


**RHS will be secured overnight!**


CLEAN UP & TEAR-DOWN: Sunday, April 26th. The RHS Commons needs to be clear by 6:30pm. Do not start your teardown prior to an announcement being made and
all customers are out the door; per the contractual agreement.


PLEASE be responsible for cleaning your own space by 6:30pm on Sunday
